It offers a future-focused, structured coaching conversation that supports clarity, self-trust, and small, possible steps. We follow the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics and Core Competencies to ensure safety, respect, and professionalism in every interaction.

Experience and qualifications that make a difference
I am the Founder and Coach at The Journey Forward, and a certified professional member with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). My work follows the ICF Code of Ethics and Core Competencies. These are grounded in presence, confidentiality and true partnership.
Before coaching, I spent more than 20 years in marketing, advertising and leadership communication. I have worked in high-performance environments and understand the emotional cost of staying composed while navigating personal transitions.
The Journey Forward was created as a response to that intersection where personal loss meets everyday life. It is not just a service. It is a space that brings structure and reflection to moments when people feel lost or unseen.
Read My StoryThe journey that led to The Journey Forward
For over two decades, I worked in fast-paced roles across media, marketing and leadership. I was comfortable with pressure, deadlines and expectations. But in 2023, I lost my mother. Nothing prepared me for how deeply that loss would change me.
It was a quiet, private grief. And yet, it showed up everywhere. In my thoughts. In my energy. In my ability to show up fully. I began to notice how little room we create for grief in our workspaces, our relationships, even in ourselves.
Coaching came to me when I needed it the most. I decided to pursue it and make a difference for those navigating their own grief and uncertainty.
That journey and my personal experience came together and shaped how I now practise coaching.
I understand what it means to carry pain while still needing to function. I also understand the value of having a space that does not try to fix you, but simply walks with you.
The Journey Forward is not a brand. It is a commitment. A grounded coaching practice. Built with presence, structure and real-life experience.
If you are here, just know this. Support is possible. With trust. With clarity. And with someone who gets it.
